Shipping Policy
It is our policy to ship UPS whenever possible. We recycle boxes and strive to use environmentally friendly packing material. We also use "industrial packing" techniques which results in an extremely low breakage rate. If there is a breakage issue, it is our policy to FIRST satisfy the customer and advance replace the item. We then work on your behalf to resolve the problem with the carrier.

Gift Boxing is available for a flat $5.00 fee per item. Not available on all items.
